The isolation certificate is a great way to control the hazards associated with Lockout Tagout activities. Here's how it works:
The document has two copies. The second copy stays with the person carrying out the isolation activity. The reverse of the third copy is a sign that is displayed where the work is taking place to let other know an isolation is in progress.
