Wrapping up a busy two days at the Florida Chamber Safety Conference in Orlando, our team walked away with some fantastic, real-world insights. It was great to be at Disney's Contemporary Resort, standing at Table 2 alongside the US team, and having face-to-face conversations with business leaders who are serious about keeping their workplaces safe.
Based on the people who stopped by our booth, two major themes dominated the conversation this year.
Transforming Pre-Use Inspections
When you get safety professionals together, the focus quickly shifts from high-level strategy to everyday operations. One of the biggest talking points at our table was the daily challenge of pre-use inspections. Attendees are actively looking for ways to simplify this process.
The consensus from the floor was clear: businesses need a reliable, clear audit trail and stronger accountability across the board—from the daily users operating the equipment up to the superintendent and managers overseeing the facility. We had some great discussions about how adding a clear visual indicator to equipment creates a much more effective process, ensuring everyone knows at a glance if something is safe to use.
The Push for Digital Solutions
Another massive positive from the show floor was the overwhelming interest in digital safety solutions. While tangible, physical tags remain crucial for many working environments, safety leaders were incredibly excited about having an electronic addition. Being able to adopt a digital platform to suit their specific business needs, track data in real-time, and streamline compliance is a top priority for modern facilities.

This feedback aligned perfectly with what we were showcasing in Orlando. We believe that effective and compliant safety management requires flexibility, which is why we provide both physical and digital options.
