Each Starter Kit includes one Book Paddle Kit and the selected number of inspection books. Each inspection book contains 30 inspections. Each inspection slip comes with the green (passed) and red (failed) safety status on the reverse of the slip – which are name, date, and time stamped.

Each Floor Scrubber starter kit provides everything required for immediate implementation. It includes an inspection book with 30 carbon-copy checklists, a high-visibility status paddle, and a heavy-duty zip tie for secure attachment to the machine.
Where should I mount the Floor Scrubber Inspection paddle?
The weather-resistant paddle easily attaches directly to the frame of the Floor Scrubber. This ensures the safety status is instantly visible to anyone on the job site before operation.
How does the visual safety status display work?
Once the daily pre-shift inspection is completed, the operator leaves the slip in the paddle to display either a Green (Passed) or Red (Failed) status. If a hazard is found, the Red "Do Not Use" status physically locks out the Floor Scrubber from further operation until repairs are made. Every slip is name, date, and time-stamped.
