Issue a supporting permit to work against a job and contractor. The permit can be completed in-situ using a QR code and mobile app. Permit to Work content is fully customisable but 5D Contractor comes with 5 default templates for Hazardous Substances, Hot Work, Working at Height, Electrical and Confined Spaces.

A touchscreen check-in process tracks contractors arriving and exiting the site, issuing an ID badge and keeping an up-to-date roll call in case of emergencies. 

The check-in process can be tailored to include induction videos, questionnaires and any required permits to work.

5D Contractor is cloud-based so it can be accessed using a web browser on a PC, tablet or smartphone. This means your data is securely stored off site, requiring no ongoing support or maintenance from your own IT team.

The software incorporates a flagging feature, which will alert users if important documentation such as valid public liability insurance isn't in place or is due for renewal. At the point of pass issue, the system also flags if any necessary permits have not been completed and/or highlights potential issues.

Using 5D Contractor Management you can request and track any documentation, pre-checks or inductions required to be completed prior to a job being booked in. This can be done via an integrated email feature which updates the central record.

Within the 5D Contractor database, you effectively have a library where you can access information on specific jobs and contractors and filter by job type, date, status, warning flags and any other parameters. It is also a central repository for any supporting documentation.
